Continued access to the platform following any modifications constitutes full acceptance of the updated provisions.

2. Permitted Lawful Use & Portrait Authorization Warranties

By uploading or processing any image on dopic.app, you expressly represent and warrant that:

• Legitimate Portrait Rights: You are the sole copyright holder of the photograph or have obtained explicit written consent from the individual portrayed to process and adapt the image;
• Strict Anti-Forgery Prohibition: You will strictly refrain from utilizing this platform to forge, counterfeit, alter, or falsify government-issued documents, law enforcement credentials, national identification cards, passports, or visas;
• Prohibited Content: You will not upload materials that contain obscenity, hate speech, defamation, illegal symbols, or infringements upon third-party intellectual property rights.

3. Official Document Specifications & Legal Disclaimer

• Our pre-configured presets across 100+ jurisdictions (including US Passport 2x2", Schengen Visa 35x45mm, Vietnam 4x6cm, Japan My Number, etc.) reflect technical standards published by the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO Doc 9303) and national consular bureaus;
• Verification Disclaimer: Consulates, visa application processing centers, and municipal authorities periodically revise physical submission criteria (such as background reflectance, head-to-chin ratios, and ear exposure). Users bear sole responsibility for verifying their final prints against the official receiving agency's latest published guidelines prior to formal submission. dopic.app disclaims any legal or financial liability for visa rejections, passport delays, or filing fees arising from lighting defects, photographic shadows, or official regulatory changes.

4. Billing, Subscriptions & Paddle Merchant of Record Disclosures

We offer both complimentary access tiers and premium Pro subscription capabilities:

• Merchant of Record (Paddle): Our order process is conducted by our online reseller and authorized Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"). Paddle handles encrypted checkout, customer billing inquiries, statutory sales tax/VAT remittances, and returns.
• Pricing & Currency Transparency: Subscription tiers, recurring billing intervals (e.g., monthly, annual), and plan features are explicitly displayed on the checkout screen prior to final order confirmation. Applicable prices, accepted local currencies, and mandatory taxes vary depending on your billing region based on dynamic localized pricing rules.
• Cancellation at Any Time: You may cancel your recurring Pro subscription at any time via your subscription management link or Paddle customer support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing cycle, during which you retain full access to Pro features.
• Digital License Keys: Pro subscription license keys issued by our system are for the purchaser's personal or authorized commercial workflow. Resale, redistribution, or sharing of license tokens across unauthorized parties is strictly prohibited.

5. Free Access & Fair Usage Policy

To keep high-quality 300 DPI exports accessible to users worldwide:

• Users may unlock complimentary high-resolution downloads by viewing brief sponsor messages or sharing our tools with peers;
• Automated scraping, denial-of-service attempts, headless browser scripts, or reverse-engineering platform algorithms to circumvent unlock mechanisms is strictly prohibited and subject to immediate IP blocking.

6. Intellectual Property Rights & Ownership

All platform UI elements, brand assets, code repositories, and layout algorithms are the proprietary property of dopic.app. You retain 100% exclusive copyright and portrait rights over your uploaded photographs and generated final outputs.

7. Service Availability & Limitation of Liability

We employ reasonable commercial efforts to ensure 24/7 service availability. However, we do not warrant that operations will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, dopic.app shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from service downtime or technical limitations.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with generally recognized principles of international commercial law and local statutory regulations. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through friendly consultation in good faith.
